Self-organisation at a Traffic Junction

This is a Youtube video that I found some months back, which I showed to my undergraduate students when I talked about complexity in a Politics and Government module that I used to teach at the Nanyang Technological University.  Coming from Singapore where everything is organised, they were left speechless, except for the Vietnamese in the crowd, I would suppose.
